Cost & usage keeps managed spend and your-key usage apart, so a budget measures what you are actually charged for, and nothing is counted twice.

Switching a provider to your key

Only owners and admins can add, replace or remove a key.

It is checked, encrypted, and shown only as its last four characters.

Flip that provider to “Your key”. Workflows keep calling the same models.
